Declaration: 
Dogs are animals and as such can be unpredictable and have the potential of displaying unwanted behaviours without warning. Working with dogs is not without risk to clients, students, family members, guests, other people, dogs and possessions. 
Refund Policy
No refunds will be provided for group classes after the orientation session. Cost of unused group sessions can be held within the company as credit to be used towards other training services.
We will refund the cost-per-session of any unused private training sessions, minus any transactions fees associated with receiving or returning monies from/to the client. Cost of unused sessions can be held within the company as credit to be used towards other training services.
Agreement To Hold Harmless Waiver & Assumption of Risk:
Please read the following RELEASE OF LIABILITY carefully.
By completing the Registration Form and by registering for and participating in one or multiple training programs provided by Niagara Dog Training Ltd., I hereby acknowledge that I have voluntarily applied to participate in dog training services with Niagara Dog Training Ltd., I am aware that there are inherent risks and hazards involved in activities with and around dogs and I am participating in these classes or activities with knowledge of these potential risks. In order to participate in Niagara Dog Training Ltd. classes or other activities, I, being fully informed of such risks, agree as follows: (i) to assume all risks of such dog training classes or activities; 
(ii) to release Niagara Dog Training Ltd., its director(s), instructors, independent contractors, trainers, apprentices, administrators, and assistants from any and all claims which I or my assigns may have that may result from such classes or activities, including those relating to personal injury to myself, my dog(s), dogs in my charge, members of my family or guests and those relating to damage to property, in each case caused directly or indirectly by acts that might occur in or in relation to Niagara Dog Training classes or services; (iii) to indemnify, defend, and hold Niagara Dog Training Ltd., its director, instructors, independent contractors, trainers, apprentices, administrators, and assistants, harmless from all damage, loss, liability or expense, whether arising from negligence or any other reason or cause whatsoever, including legal costs and lawyer’s fees, which result from any damage caused directly or indirectly by myself or dog(s) which I own or handle; and (iv) to ensure my dog is in adequate health condition to participate in dog training services, is up to date on all necessary vaccinations, and I will keep health records on me at all times during dog training activities.
