Group Obedience Classes

This program runs for 7 weeks and focuses on building structure (rules and boundaries) by teaching you to understand and apply an effective obedience system, covering a range of different training commands and techniques. We teach you how to train your dog and you practice the training commands and techniques, both in and out of class, with each week of the program building upon the last.

Some of the commands include: 

• Heeling (walking nicely on leash)
• Release (permission for your dog to break command or "go play")
• Sit
• Sit-Stay
• Down
• Down-Stay
• Recall (the come command)
• Additional curriculum on strategies to address common canine behaviours.

​Our classes also include discussion of various important topics in dog training to help you understand and effectively work with your dog. We run our group classes outdoors in the spring/summer months and indoors when the weather cools down.

Program Cost: $200 per dog (50% off additional dogs, even for family and friends)
